Batman (scratch game): We made a game using Scratch. This game was focused on navigating a maze and reaching the end.
1. Reflect on the creative process you used. What was useful?
The brainstorming and testing of features before they were fully integrated helped the most. Being able to test standalone features without putting them into the full program was very helpful.
Discuss your reflection with your partner and then write a reflection individually.
The ability for us to adapt who was leading the project allowed us to meld the product into something we were all happy with.
2. Reflect on the team dynamic. what helped your team work well together?
We were willing to work together and liked working together, and had a similar sense of humour.
Discuss your reflection with your partner and then write a reflection individually
We all liked working together and would do it again to make something else we are proud of.
3. what went well.
Our group working together and solving the problems we had and adjusting to the situations we were given.
4. what did you struggle with.
We struggled with properly adding the sounds we wanted and having the game end correctly.
5. Given more time how could you improve your game.
I believe adding more levels to the game would improve the quality of the game, as well as improving the wall hit detection.
